Season 13 has just been officially ordered in the USA.

It’s not time to put away the badge for the Reagan family yet. The detective series Blue Bloods has just been renewed by CBS for season 13.

While it is still a hit on Friday evening across the Atlantic, it attracts an average of 9.8 million American viewers each week (in total). A very big score, which suggests a bright future:

The Reagans have an incredible connection with audiences literally everywhere and on every platform.”CBS Entertainment president Kelly Kahl said in a statement. “With over 250 episodes, Blue Bloods not only continues to dominate the ratings, but excels at an exceptionally high level of creation.”

And Tom Selleck also hallucinates:I never thought that I would have the chance to do a series for so long… Maybe Magnum could have reached this number of seasons, because nobody wanted to cancel it at the time… It was I who brought about his end…” recently confided the actor to TVinsider.

Series Blue Bloods is broadcast in France on SérieClub.
