Clerks 3: Kevin Smith announces he will shoot the sequel next August

With all of the original cast back.

While his animated series on Masters of the Universe coming to Netflix in a few days, Kevin smith is already on his next film. The filmmaker announces that he already has the shooting of his next film in sight and it will be the long-awaited sequel to his cult comedy from 1994: Clerks: Model Employees. The third part, Clerks 3, will be filmed in New Jersey this, starting in August.

The plot of Clerks 3 will center on Randal who, after suffering a massive heart attack, enlists Dante, Elisa, Jay and Silent Bob to make a film about his life, which takes place in the original grocery store that started it all in the first movie.
