En Corps: Cédric Klapisch’s ode to dance with Marion Barbeau, François Civil, Pio Marmaï… [bande-annonce]

The tutu is not always corny, the proof!

Before discovering Greek saladhis spin-off series from The Spanish inn for Amazon Prime Video, Cedric Klapisch his next film will be released in theaters on March 30, In body. The story of Elise (Marion Barbeau), a very promising classical dancer injured during a show, who learns that she will no longer be able to dance. She tries a new career, but will be reborn and discover a new life by approaching contemporary dance.

StudioCanal has just unveiled its trailer, and contrary to what one might imagine when reading the film’s pitch, this video is full of humor! In particular thanks to the many supporting roles that support Elise in this ordeal, from Denis Podalydès to Muriel Robin via François Civil and Pio Marmaï. Two actors decidedly faithful to the director, lately, since they were already on the bill of What binds us (2017), as well as two me and the series Ten percent for civilian. As for dance, it is a subject that the director particularly appreciates, already mentioned in his successful trilogy (the character of Cécile de France fell for her dance teacher, then Wendy’s brother married a Russian ballet dancer ), but also in Pariswithin the segment devoted to the hero played by Romain Duris, and of course in his documentaries dedicated to the Paris Opera.
Appointment is therefore made from March 30 to twirl with him in front of In Body.
