For this new film, the director joins forces with Adam McKay, nominated for the Oscars for Don’t Look Up.

Mark Mylodthe director of the hit series Shameless (but also episodes of Game Of Thrones or movie Ali G) associates with Adam McKaynominated for the Best Picture Oscar for Don’t Look Up for The Menu. The feature film will be released in French theaters on November 23, 2022.

We find Anya Taylor Joy and Nicholas Hoult as a young couple who go to an exclusive restaurant on a remote island to treat themselves to a sumptuous tasting menu, prepared by a famous chef (Ralph Fiennes). Yet their appetites are satisfied with unusual ingredients and shocking surprises. On this first image unveiled by Searchlight Picture, we see the main actress in the company of Fiennes. Dominique Crenn, three-star French chef and owner of a restaurant in San Francisco, helped the technical team in the preparation of the dishes that will be visible on the screen. The cast comes with Hong Chau, Janet McTeer, Judith Light, Reed Birney, Paul Adelstein, Aimee Carrero, Arturo Castro, Mark St. Cyr, Rob Yang and John Leguizamo.

If the complete plot of this psychological thriller has not yet been revealed, there will undoubtedly be many twists and turns.
