Keanu Reeves will voice the superhero in the new DC animated film, Krypton and the Super-Animals, in theaters May 18.
Whereas The Batman, the film by Matt Reeves with Robert Pattinson, has just been released in cinemas, we already know who will be the next Dark Knight: Keanu Reeves! He was chosen to double Bruce Wayne in an animated film scheduled for May. Here are the details.
It is on a lighter tone that we will find the DC hero, here in the company of his faithful dog Ace, teaming up with Krypto, Superman’s doggie… With their band of super-animals, composed in addition to a pig, a squirrel and a tortoise, they will form the DC League of Super Pets. Their mission: to free Superman from the hands of Lex Luthor and his evil guinea pig Lulu to restore order to Metropolis.
Apart from the main actor of Matrixthe cast is composed, among others, of Kevin Hart for the Batdog, Dwayne Johnson for Superman’s dog and John Krasinski (The Office, Quietly…) for Superman.
