The Waverider will never be entitled to a soft landing… Somewhat to everyone’s surprise, the American channel CW has just canceled, without notice, its DC series Legends of Tomorrowone of the most successful Arrowverse.
Co-showrunner Keto Shimizu confirmed the news on Twitter: “Well, friends. It was an incredible race. However, The CW let us know that there will be no Season 8 of Legends of Tomorrow. We are heartbroken, but also immensely grateful for the incredible work our cast, crew and writers have done.”

The DC series therefore ends without a real end, while season 7 ended last March, on a few cliffhangers.
