Inspired by a true story, the new film by Jean-Pierre Améris promises a great show.
David is a young farmer from Cantal, where he runs a cattle farm. Problem: he is in debt and he has 2 months left to find a solution before having to go out of business. He then had an idea: he was going to open the first cabaret at the farm in France! The concept: a show on stage and on the plate with good local products. If the project seems brilliant to him, his family and friends are much more skeptical… The trailer is right here:
In the casting, we find for the main role Alban Ivanov (David Caumette) in duet with Sabrina Ouazani, who plays the role of the choreographer. David’s wife, Laetitia Caumette, is played by Berangere Krief (Short), his parents are Michele Bernier and Moussa Maaskri and finally the grandfather is played by Guy Marchand. A great team on the program. The movie of Jean-Pierre Ameris (Emotions Anonymous, I’m Better…) will land in theaters on May 11, 2022.
