Seen on the set in Australia, the actor confirms his return to the Marvel saga.
Good news for fans of Thor : Matt Damon has confirmed that he would reprise his role as the stage actor playing Loki in Thor: Love and Thunder. This sequel will be Chris Hemsworth’s fourth as Thor, and Taika Waititi’s second as writer and director.
The cast of this fourth installment is rich, several actors have been seen on the film set in Australia, such as Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff and Sean Gunn, all of whom are expected to reprise their roles as Guardians of the Galaxy. Natalie Portman is also back as Jane Foster and Christian Bale arrives to play the big bad. As for Matt Damon, who was recently interviewed by Jess Cagle for SiriusXM, he detailed: “I don’t know if it’s secret or not, but everyone knows it. I went there to shoot. I think everyone understood, because the paparazzi took pictures of us. We were picking up a cameo that Luke Hemsworth and I made in the last movie. We had fun and Waititi made us take that joke back to make it better. “
