Oscars 2022: where to see the ceremony and at what time?

It is Canal + which will broadcast the evening, for 7 hours live!

It will be 5 p.m. in Los Angeles this Sunday when Regina Hall, Amy Schumer and Wanda Sykes officially open the 94th Academy Awards, on stage at the Hollywood Dolby Theatre. For the first time since 2018, there will be many guests on stage, to liven up the evening, and it will be seen in France exclusively on Canal +.

We’ll have to make coffee, since these Oscars 2022 will take place in the night of Sunday March 27 to Monday March 28, between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.. But the broadcast will start from 11:25 p.m., on Canal+ with the red carpet and its glamorous stars. A few big names will also be on stage to award prizes, such as Bill Murray, Jamie Lee Curtis, Woody Harrelson, Samuel L. Jackson, John Travolta, Kevin Costner, Lady Gaga, and Zoë Kravitz.

Among the emotional sequences expected during the evening, the appearance of Mila Kunis, born in Ukraine, will be one of the highlights of the ceremony, as will that of actor Elliott Page, whom the Academy had nominated in 2008 for Juno, at the time when he defined himself as Ellen Page. Finally, Disney fans will be able to have fun on the flagship song ofEncanta, “We don’t talk about Bruno”, performed live!
