A new adaptation of Fassbinder’s play with Denis Ménochet and Isabelle Adjani.
After Summer 85 and Everything went well, Francois Ozon makes his third feature film in three years with peter von kantan adaptation of the play by Rainer Werner Fassbinder, Petra von Kant’s Bitter Tearswhich had opened the last Berlinale.
As the release, scheduled for July 6, approaches, a first trailer has finally been unveiled. A short montage without dialogue, punctuated by “In my Room” by the Walker Brothers, which outlines the plot of the film. Peter Von Kant will tell us the story of a successful director (Denis Menochet) who mistreats his assistant (Stefan Crepon from Legends Office) and falls in love with a handsome young man of modest origins (Khalil Gharbia) through a great actress (Isabelle Adjani).
