Over 60 million views!
Spider-Man: No Way Home is undoubtedly the trailer event of the week. Released in a bad version, hacked live from CinemaCon, it was then officially put online a few hours later by Sony and Marvel, and the least we can say is that it broke the internet! It has been viewed 355 million times in 24 hours, beating – and by far! – the trailer forAvengers: Endgame, which had set a previous record with 289 million views.
This trailer continues to be talked about, with Marvel fans launching into debates over the multiverse, the talent of director Jon Watts being compared to that of Sam Raimi, since we see one of his great villains, Dr. Octopus, played by Alfred Molina in Spider-man 2, in 2004. This one was digitally rejuvenated for this scene, and the trailer teases in passing a replay of the famous train scene from the same film.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will be released on December 15 in theaters.
