The Cannes Film Festival confirms Elvis and unveils a new photo with Austin Butler and Tom Hanks

The actors are officially invited to the Croisette in the company of director Baz Luhrmann.

A few days after confirming the arrival of Tom Cruise to present Top Gun: Maverick and participate in a masterclass, the organizers of the 75th Cannes Film Festival announce thatElvis will also be screened as part of this cinematic event. “The King at the 75th Cannes Film Festival”they write, sharing this new photo of the biopic of Presley, before specifying that the director Baz Luhrmann (who had already unveiled his Red Mill ! in Cannes, in 2001) will be present, accompanied by Austin Butler (who plays Elvis), Tom Hanks (unrecognizable as Colonel Tom Parker) and Olivia DeLonge (Priscilla Presley).
