The Suicide Squad

5 years after Suicide Squad by David Ayer, cursed film rolled by critics and the public, the fine team of DC returns more crazy than ever under the leadership of James Gunn. And it works! Margot Robbie is still there in Harley Quinn, Idris Elba has “replaced” Will Smith and Sylvester Stallone doubles down on a completely stupid humanoid shark. What more can be said ?

Jungle Cruise

Adaptation of a Disney attraction (such as Pirates of the Caribbean and Tomorrowland), Jungle Cruise is a pure adventure film carried by a great duo (Dwayne Johnson-Emily Blunt). A journey also full of nostalgia (the story takes place in the 1930s) perfectly skippered by Jaume Collet-Serra (Esther), who is very comfortable in this well-oiled family entertainment. So, are you ready to embark?

Tehran law

Awarded at the Polar Festival, this Iranian thriller amazes as much by its direction and its script as the performance of its duo of main actors: Payman Maadi (the brilliant husband ofA separation Asghar Farhadi) as the cop and Navid Mohammadzadeh as the drug lord. A film with a hackneyed theme but brilliantly approached by its director, Saeed Roustayi, which arrives on VOD after its great success in French theaters (more than 160,000 admissions!).

The Sparks Brothers

While Get Back, the documentary by Peter Jackson on the Beatles, makes the event on Disney Plus, that of Edgar Wright on The Sparks Brothers is now available on VOD. The opportunity to discover the history of “favorite band of your favorite band“, which has never been as much talked about as in 2021. Indeed, it is to the Sparks that we owe the soundtrack ofAnnette, the latest Leos Carax which was presented at the opening of the Cannes Film Festival.
