Paramount took advantage of CinemaCon to unveil new images of Mission: Impossible 7, the sequel to the spy saga still filming edited by Christopher McQuarrie. For this episode, Tom cruise once again promises crazy stunts, shot in real life. Including a motorcycle jump off a cliff, followed by a parachute landing, which took him a year of training. The actor also recorded a message live from the set to explain to the spectators present his intensive preparation just for this scene.

He has indeed jumped 500 times in a parachute and 13,000 times on a motorbike, from a launch pad specially designed to prepare for this sequence (a photo is available by clicking on the link above). All spread over a period of one year. Once ready, he shot this footage on day one of the shots in Norway. “This is by far the most dangerous thing I have ever done, explains the star in the video. We worked for years to prepare this. I wanted to do it since I was a kid.
